These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Predictive Pros ("we," "us," or "our"), including bookkeeping, tax preparation support, operations strategy, and social media management. By engaging our services or accessing our client portal, you agree to these Terms.

Predictive Pros offers the following services, as described in your proposal or service agreement:
The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are defined in the proposal or contract you receive. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement.
To allow us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
Delays caused by late or incomplete information from the client may affect delivery timelines. Predictive Pros is not liable for consequences arising from such delays.
Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges on the agreed billing date.
One-time services (Snapshot Session, Action Plan, etc.) are charged at the time of booking or as specified in your proposal.
Monthly services: Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. You will be charged for any work completed during the notice period. No refunds are issued for services already rendered.
One-time services: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the session fee.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and only for services not yet delivered. Partial refunds may be provided if work has begun but is not complete.
Content we create for you (social media posts, captions, graphics, reports) becomes your property upon full payment for the period in which it was created.
Our tools, templates, and processes remain the intellectual property of Predictive Pros. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary systems, templates, or methodologies.
Your content: You retain all rights to your business information, logos, brand assets, and any materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use these solely to deliver the contracted services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the engagement, including financial data, business strategies, client lists, and pricing. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver the services (e.g., to our hosting providers) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our social media management services involve operating on third-party platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, and LinkedIn. By engaging these services, you confirm that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictive Pros' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we make no guarantee of specific financial, business, or social media performance outcomes.
Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if:
Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work product. Access to the client portal will be revoked within 5 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
